Vacuum Packaging Machines
Vacuum packaging machines offer numerous advantages, in particular the significantly longer shelf life of food: This is because vacuum-packed meat, fish, vegetables and fruit stay fresh for a particularly long time and can be frozen or refrigerated to save space. Chamber vacuum machines can also be used for packaging liquid food. Vacuum packaging machines can therefore be used for numerous applications - not least for the sous vide preparation method, which requires food to be vacuum-packed in advance.
