Vacuum Packaging Machines

Vacuum sealers offer numerous advantages, in particular the significantly longer shelf life of food. Fish, meat, vegetables and fruit stay fresh for a particularly long time when vacuum-packed, or they can be frozen to save space. However, vacuum sealers are also practical for liquid food - these can be easily packed in vacuum bags. There are therefore numerous types of application for vacuum packaging machines - not least in the sous vide preparation method, in which foodstuffs have to be vacuum-packed beforehand.
